FTMO Challenge Day-Trading Specialist

I am about to start an FTMO evaluation and want a proven approach that will let me clear the challenge comfortably and manage the funded account with consistency afterward. My style is fast-paced day trading, so the strategy must suit intraday moves rather than longer swing or scalping extremes.

The core focus is on forex; however, I also like to capitalise on the momentum that gold and silver related symbols often provide, so please weave those into the playbook where appropriate.

Here is what I need from you:
• A complete, back-tested day-trading strategy that meets FTMO’s risk parameters and daily loss limits.
• A clearly written risk-management framework—position sizing, maximum exposure per trade, and rules for pausing after drawdown.
• A trade-execution checklist and template journal I can follow every session.
• Support (chat or recorded walkthroughs) during the challenge phase to fine-tune entries, exits and psychology.
• Proof of concept: either verified MyFXBook, FTMO certificate, or similar track record that shows the method works under FTMO rules.

Acceptance criteria
– Strategy must observe FTMO’s 10% overall and 5% daily loss limits.
– Back-test or forward-test data must cover at least three months of recent market conditions.
