I’m commissioning a short 2D animation that clearly introduces our service in a casual, friendly tone. The goal is to help first-time visitors understand what we do, why it matters, and how to get started—all in about 30-45 seconds.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: open with the problem our audience faces, segue into how our service solves it, then finish with a simple call-to-action. I’ll provide brand colours, logos, and any screen captures or data points you need as soon as we kick off.

Visual style
• Flat 2D graphics with clean lines and a bright, approachable palette that matches our blues and greens.
• Characters should feel modern and inclusive, with smooth, playful transitions rather than heavy camera moves.

Audio
• Friendly, neutral-accent voice-over (I can supply the script or we can refine it together).
• Light, royalty-free background music.
• On-screen text that complements rather than repeats the narration.

Deliverables
• Script polish (if needed) and storyboard for approval.
• Style frames and an animatic before full production.
• Final 1080p MP4 plus working project files (After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).
• Two rounds of revisions: one after the animatic, one after the full render.

Acceptance criteria
• Storyboard signed off before animation begins.
• Runtime no longer than 45 seconds.
• Colours and typography follow the brand guide exactly.
• Audio mixed to ‑14 LUFS broadcast standard.

I’m aiming to wrap everything within two weeks of project start, but I’m flexible if that helps achieve smoother results. Let me know which assets you’d like up front, and feel free to share any previous work that shows your 2D animation style. I’m excited to see how you’ll bring our service story to life!
