FreshBooks AP/AR Bookkeeping Support

I need a detail-oriented bookkeeper who knows FreshBooks inside out to take full ownership of my accounts payable and receivable workflow. You’ll enter and code bills, schedule supplier payments, issue customer invoices, record receipts, and keep every transaction reconciled against the connected bank and card feeds.

My books are generally small-business volume—nothing overly complex—but they must stay spotless so I can rely on timely reports for cash-flow decisions and tax prep. To that end, I’m looking for someone who:
• Works directly inside FreshBooks each week, not exporting to spreadsheets first.
• Reconciles all bank and credit-card accounts monthly and flags any discrepancies right away.
• Sends courteous payment reminders to customers when invoices approach due dates.
• Can suggest workflow tweaks (rules, automations, or third-party app connections) that keep data entry minimal and accuracy high.

Deliverables will be:
1. All current-period transactions entered and matched.
2. A reconciliation summary showing zero outstanding differences.
3. An aged payables and receivables report ready for my review each week.
