French Employment Verification Needed

I need an on-the-ground freelancer in Sète (or elsewhere in France if you can handle calls in French) to confirm a candidate’s past employment at Polyclinique Sainte Thérèse, 6 Quai du Mas Coulet, 34200 Sète.
My priority is to obtain written or recorded confirmation from the Human Resources department that clearly states:

• the exact start and end dates of the candidate’s tenure
• the official job title(s) and the main functions attached to those titles

Once you accept the project I will provide the employee’s full name, any internal reference numbers and my own authorization letter, so HR feels comfortable releasing the data. You may reach HR by phone, e-mail or in person—whichever secures the quickest, most reliable result while respecting French privacy regulations (RGPD).

Please deliver a short verification report in English, together with any supporting evidence such as e-mails, stamped letters, or an audio note confirming the call. A fast turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy and HR confirmation are non-negotiable.
