# Freelance Travel Software Demo Specialist – Pay Per Demo + Conversion Commission

We have developed a travel management software for travel agencies / tour operators and are looking for an experienced freelance **Software Demo / Pre-Sales Specialist** to conduct online product demonstrations for qualified leads.

### Important

We already generate the leads.

**You do NOT need to find leads or do cold calling.**

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct an effective online demonstration of our software and explain how it can solve the prospect's business requirements.

### Responsibilities

* Conduct online product demonstrations through Google Meet / Zoom.
* Understand the prospect's current travel-business workflow.
* Demonstrate relevant features of our software based on the prospect's requirements.
* Explain the software clearly and professionally.
* Answer basic product and workflow questions.
* Follow up with interested prospects when required.
* Provide feedback after each demo regarding the prospect's requirements, questions and objections.

### Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience with travel software, Travel ERP, Travel CRM, booking software or travel technology is highly preferred.
* Experience working in a travel agency / tour operator environment is also valuable.
* SaaS / software product demonstration or pre-sales experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in **English and Hindi**.
* Knowledge of at least one Indian regional language is preferred.
* Comfortable conducting online demonstrations.

### Compensation

This is a **freelance / independent arrangement**, not a full-time employment position.

We are primarily interested in:

**Option 1:** Payment per completed qualified demo

plus

**Option 2:** Additional commission for successful customer conversion.

The exact compensation will be discussed based on experience and demonstrated capability.

### Important Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be given access to a demo environment and asked to conduct a short mock demonstration.

We will evaluate:

* Product presentation
* Communication
* Understanding of travel-business workflows
* Ability to explain software simply
* Ability to identify customer requirements
* Handling of questions and objections
