Freelance Senior AI Product / Architecture Consultant — DIGNARIA

We are looking for a senior freelance consultant to independently review DIGNARIA, a cloud-first AI/service platform with a single conversational entry point, multi-AI orchestration, persistent context and a central human-attention inbox.

This is a small, fixed-price, milestone-based consultancy. The goal is not to rebuild the product, but to identify what should be kept, simplified, removed or prioritised to reach a usable external web pilot faster.

First milestone: evidence-based diagnostic covering current architecture, key blockers, duplicated complexity, top 3 next actions and measurable PASS/FAIL criteria.

Relevant experience: AI architecture, agents, APIs, Next.js/Vercel, Supabase/Postgres, SaaS/MVP simplification.

Selection: application, short case and brief interview. The selected consultant receives controlled read-only access to relevant Drive/Confluence documentation, Jira, GitHub code/PRs and test evidence. No production secrets or write access initially.
