Freelance Sales Closer / Appointment Closer for Web Design Agency

We are a growing web design agency looking for an experienced freelance Sales Closer to help us convert interested prospects into paying clients.

Our target clients are primarily interior designers and related businesses in Australia.

Your responsibilities
Join discovery and sales meetings with interested prospects
Understand the client's business needs and website requirements
Present our web design services professionally
Handle client questions and objections
Follow up with warm leads when required
Negotiate and help close deals
Coordinate with our team after a client agrees to move forward
What we are looking for
Proven experience in sales closing, preferably for web design, digital marketing, or agency services
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience talking with international clients, especially Australian, UK, or US clients, is a plus
Ability to build trust during video/phone calls
Comfortable working on a commission-based or fixed + commission arrangement
Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or other online communication tools

We are looking for someone who is confident in closing deals, not just generating leads or booking appointments.

We will provide interested prospects and relevant information about our services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle sales conversations and help convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
