Freelance Recruiter for HR Hiring

I need an experienced Human Resources professional to step in on a freelance basis and run our end-to-end recruitment and hiring efforts. Your focus will be on sourcing for the valid candidates for the roles we have across the company.

Because this is strictly a Recruitment and Hiring assignment, I’m counting on you to:

• Build a targeted talent pipeline using your preferred job boards, LinkedIn and referral networks
• Pre-qualify candidates through resume review and initial phone/video interviews
• Present a concise shortlist with your assessment notes and recommended next steps
• Coordinate interview scheduling with our team and gather feedback after each round
• Manage offer negotiation and follow-up until acceptance

Success is measured by time-to-fill and candidate quality; I’ll consider the job complete once the agreed positions are filled and all documentation is handed off.
