About Project Liftoff
Project Liftoff (projectliftoffco.org) helps ambitious high school students stand out in college admissions by conceiving, building, and launching a real project in any field they're passionate about. Students work one-on-one with founder Asiyah Birashk, a practicing aerospace engineer, virtually. We're growing and looking for someone to help more families find us.

What you'll do

Share Project Liftoff in relevant Facebook groups (local parent groups, high school PTA/booster communities, college-admissions and test-prep groups), following each group's promotion rules
Reach out to parents of high school students through community networks, school-adjacent groups, and other appropriate channels
Direct interested families to book a free 20-minute consultation
Track your outreach and referrals so every client you bring in is credited to you

Who we're looking for
Experience with community outreach, social media marketing, or sales (parent or education audiences a big plus)
Familiarity with Orange County / Southern California parent communities is a bonus, but we also work virtually nationwide
Strong, friendly writing and a professional tone
Self-motivated and organized; you set your own hours
Integrity: you represent the program honestly and never promise admissions outcomes

Compensation
Commission-based: $500 per client onboarded (a client counts as onboarded once they sign a services agreement and purchase sessions). You'll get a unique referral link or code so every family you bring in is tracked to you. Top performers may be offered higher rates or bonuses.
