Freelance HR Generalist Needed

For the next six months you will run our day-to-day HR operations, acting as the single point of contact for candidates and new hires alike. Your main focus is end-to-end recruitment: drafting ads, screening, interviewing and closing offers, with job boards currently giving us the best results. Once a candidate signs, you will organise their onboarding, host an induction session and deliver the basic training they need to become productive from day one.

No dedicated HRIS is in place at the moment, so you’ll begin with the tools you know best—even a well-structured spreadsheet—while advising me on affordable platforms we might adopt later.

Success in this engagement means:
• A steady talent pipeline that meets agreed hiring targets.
• Smooth, documented onboarding for every joiner.
• A concise starter-training pack they complete in their first week.
• Weekly status reports outlining progress and upcoming needs.

The role is freelance for now, paid around ₹25,000 per month, with a view to moving you into a full-time position if we work well together. Strong communication skills, proven HR-operations experience and confidence in both recruitment and training are essential. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
