Freelance Candidate Interviewer Needed

I need a dependable recruiter who can step in from 10 am to 4 pm South Africa time

Monday to Friday

They will be doing and 30-minute telephone interviews.

Every candidate comes pre-screened and scheduled by my team

The recruiter's sole focus is to speak with them, work through our question set, and capture concise notes on their skills, overall communication, and level of professionalism.

You will receive:
• The structured question guide
• A simple feedback template

Your deliverable after each call is:
1. Completed template, returned the same day
2. Feedback on each interview

This will enable us to assess whether the applicant’s skill set aligns with the role.

To excel in this gig you should:
1. Have prior recruiting, HR, or high-volume interviewing experience
2. Speak and write clear English
3. Be comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

While I’m happy to discuss video as a backup, telephone is the primary medium, so a quiet space and reliable line are essential.
