Freelance Aptitude Trainer Needed

Looking for Freelance Aptitude Trainer

Experience: 4+ years
Mode of work: 6-month contract
Location: Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Bilaspur, Bastar), UP, Bihar, Rajasthan (Churu, Sikar), Goa (North Goa, South Goa)
Working hours: 64 hours session per batch for Aptitude
Payment Amount- 600/- to 800/- per hour

Eligibility Criteria for Aptitude Trainer:

1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or an Engineering degree in any
stream. Other qualifications in education or training will be an advantage
2. Proven experience as a trainer, specifically focusing on Arithmetic and Reasoning modules. Strong
command of Arithmetic principles, Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning, and Data interpretation
concepts
3. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in teaching/training/counselling high-school and college students with
at least 2 years of experience as an Aptitude trainer
4. Industry professional with training acumen and 2-4 years of experience as an Aptitude Training expert
5. Trainers with a B.Ed. Degree will be given preference
6. Trainers should be ready to travel to remote locations within India to deliver training
7. Trainers should have a mentoring mindset, they will be expected to train, coach, and mentor trainees
8. Trainers with content creation experience will have an added advantage
