I need someone who can carry a full guardianship case for my autistic adult son from first draft to the day the court issues Letters of Guardianship here in Fort Bend County, Texas.

I already have recent medical and psychological assessments that confirm his diagnosis, but no legal paperwork has been started. My spouse and I will be the only guardian applicants.

Your role will include drafting the Texas Estates Code petition, gathering every required affidavit or physician’s certificate, e-filing with the Fort Bend probate court, arranging service and publication, coordinating with the court-appointed attorney ad litem, and preparing us for (and, if you are licensed, attending) the final hearing. The engagement ends only when guardianship is formally granted.
