Format Book Text in Excel

I have the full text of a printed book already entered in an Excel workbook, but all of it is still in the default style. What I need now is meticulous, workbook-wide formatting: every cell should adopt the exact font family and point size I will specify once we start. No data entry, no analysis—this is strictly a styling exercise.

You’ll work sheet by sheet, applying the chosen typeface and size consistently, checking that nothing slips through with a different style. Where headings or sub-headings exist I will indicate them, and you’ll keep their hierarchy intact while still obeying the overall font guidelines.

Deliverable: the same workbook returned with the requested font and size applied flawlessly throughout, ready for immediate review and print preparation.
