Part-Time Football Sales Rep (Europe) – Sell Video Analysis to Clubs & Academies
About BoomStats
BoomStats is match video review for football clubs. Clubs upload their match footage, and BoomStats automatically drafts the key events, each with a video clip and its position on the pitch. The coach reviews and confirms them in minutes, then shares match reports and individual player reels with the squad.
Coaches stop spending hours scrubbing through footage, and players get clips of their own performances. We’re an Australian company expanding into Europe and want people from the football world to bring BoomStats to clubs there.
The role
You’ll find and contact football clubs and academies in [countries], show them how BoomStats saves their coaches time, and book demos or free trials with our founder. You’ll be one of our first reps in Europe, so your feedback will directly shape how we sell there.
Who you’ll be selling to
Amateur, semi-pro and lower-league clubs that already film matches (or want to)
Youth academies and football schools
Head coaches, technical directors, analysts and club secretaries
What you’ll do (about 10 hours a week, flexible)
Build lists of clubs and academies in your region, and find the decision-maker at each
Reach out by phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook and LinkedIn
Use your football network: coaches, former teammates, league contacts
Book demos or trials, and follow up until clubs sign up
Collect feedback from clubs on what they need
Log all activity in [CRM/Google Sheet]
Join a 30-minute weekly call with the founder
You’ll be a fit if you
Have a football background: player, coach, analyst, academy staff or club volunteer
Understand how clubs use video, and the pain of reviewing a full 90 minutes
Have some sales, outreach or business development experience (any industry)
Speak fluent English and [German / Spanish / Portuguese / Italian / Dutch / French]
Are self-managed, reliable, and motivated by commission
Are based in Europe
Bonus points
A UEFA coaching licence or performance analysis experience
Hands-on use of match filming or analysis tools
Existing contacts at clubs in a regional league or academy system
Not a fit if you want a fixed salary with no targets, or plan to mass-message clubs with automated spam.
