I’m building a parental–control utility that lets a parent view a child’s Android screen in real-time from within a Flutter app. The scope is limited to Android for this first release, so every decision can be optimised for that platform without worrying about iOS parity.

Core requirements
• One-tap pairing between parent and child devices (QR code or short code acceptable).
• Always-on background service that captures the child’s screen and streams it securely to the parent’s device, with minimal battery and data usage.
• Clear consent flow on the child’s side that complies with Google Play policies for accessibility-service use.
• Parent side interface that shows a live feed and basic controls (pause, end session, quality toggle).
• End-to-end encryption for the stream.
• Clean Flutter codebase with any necessary Kotlin/Java native plugins abstracted behind platform channels.

Deliverables
– Complete Flutter project with well-commented source.
– Signed release-ready APK for both parent and child builds.
– Brief setup document outlining required permissions, Play Store compliance notes, and how to generate new builds.

I will test by installing both APKs, pairing devices, and confirming that the live view is smooth (≥15 fps on a mid-range phone) and that the service survives device reboots. Once those criteria are met, the milestone is complete.

Let me know if you have prior work with screen capture or streaming on Android; links or brief explanations of your approach will help me choose quickly.
