I need a fresh, methodical look at the GKA mobile app (built in Flutter) with an exclusive focus on its data-synchronisation layer. Functionality is my only priority for this pass; design and performance can wait. At the moment I don’t have a confirmed bug report—just a feeling something might be off—so I want you to poke, prod and verify that every sync scenario really is behaving.
You’ll install the current build, work against the live back-end and deliberately stress situations such as concurrent edits, offline/online transitions and multi-device usage. If you uncover issues (stale data, conflicts, phantom deletes, partial saves, etc.) document them clearly and suggest corrective steps or code patches. If everything checks out, I expect a concise confirmation report describing what you tested and the evidence that it passed.
Deliverables
• Test plan covering real-time updates, cross-device consistency and data-loss edge cases
• Screen recordings or logs that prove each test outcome
• A defect list with severity and reproduction steps (or a clean bill of health if nothing’s found)
• Recommended fixes or code diffs where relevant
You’ll be working with Flutter (stable channel), Firebase back-end and Git for version control, so experience in that stack is essential. The sooner you can begin the better—just tell me when you’re ready and I’ll add you to the repo and staging database.
