Flutter Event Marketplace Development

Full-Stack Flutter Multivendor Event Planning Marketplace

We are looking for an experienced Flutter/full-stack developer or development team to build a complete iOS & Android multivendor event-planning marketplace, including the Flutter applications, backend/API, database and web-based admin panel.

The platform will connect clients with vendors such as event planners, venues, caterers, photographers, decorators, DJs, makeup artists, entertainment providers and other event-service businesses.

Clients will be able to create event requests with their event type, date, location, budget, required services and specific requirements. The system will automatically match suitable vendors based on their services, availability and defined service radius/location. Matching vendors will receive push/email notifications and can use a coin-based wallet to submit bids.

Vendors will have professional profiles with membership-based features, including portfolios, certificates, business information, contact details, visibility, bidding limits and service radius. Clients can receive, compare and shortlist bids and communicate with vendors.

UI/UX

The application should have a modern, rich and premium UI/UX. We do not want a generic Flutter template. The app should include approximately 60+ mobile screens/states covering the complete client and vendor journeys, including onboarding, dashboards, event creation, maps, vendor profiles, requests, bidding, wallet, memberships, messaging, notifications, reviews, settings and all relevant empty/loading/error/confirmation states.

The admin panel will be a separate responsive web application for managing the complete platform.

Important: Backend Architecture

The backend must handle all important business rules server-side, including:

* Coin balances and deductions
* Bid eligibility
* Subscription status
* User roles

* Security and API authorization

The system should be designed to be scalable and maintainable, with clean API documentation and a properly structured database.

Milestones & Payment

The project will be divided into clearly defined milestones, with specific features, screens and deliverables assigned to each stage.

We will fund/pay the milestones, but milestone payments will only be released after the corresponding milestone has been fully completed, tested and all agreed deliverables have been provided and approved.

We have unfortunately had multiple bad experiences with freelancers abandoning projects, delivering incomplete work or requesting milestone releases before completing the agreed scope. Therefore, payment will be strictly tied to completed and verifiable deliverables.
