Project Title: Scalable Food & Beverage Management Platform – Flutter & Firebase
Project Overview
I’m looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build and enhance a modern, scalable Food & Beverage Management Platform with a premium UI, smooth user experience, and clean architecture.
The current MVP is focused on a coffee shop ordering application, but the platform should be designed from the beginning to support different types of businesses in the future, including coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, dessert shops, food & beverage businesses, inventory management, and multi-branch businesses.
The goal is to build a real-world, production-ready platform that can grow beyond a single coffee shop without requiring a complete rebuild of the architecture.

- Customer registration and login using Firebase Authentication.
- Guest browsing and ordering.

The assistant should also be able to help users add products directly to the existing Cart system without creating a separate AI cart or separate ordering system.
Drink Sugar Customization
Drinks should support customizable sugar levels:
- No Sugar
- Medium Sugar
- Extra Sugar
The selected sugar preference must remain attached to the product throughout the complete ordering flow:
AI → Product → Cart → Checkout → Order → Admin
The Admin must be able to see the selected sugar option inside the order details.

Although the current MVP is focused on a coffee shop, the architecture must not be tightly coupled to coffee-specific logic.
The platform should be flexible enough to support different business types in the future, including:
