I have a full set of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings for a commercial retail tenant build-out that now need a Florida Professional Engineer’s review and seal so we can submit for permit. The design work is complete; what I am looking for is the statutory PE verification, any code-driven mark-ups you deem necessary, and the final signed-and-sealed sheets (PDF plus any required electronic seals).

You must hold an active Florida PE license covering MEP disciplines and be comfortable certifying tenant-fit-out documents prepared in Revit/AutoCAD. Typical local amendments to the Florida Building Code, NEC, and Florida Mechanical and Plumbing Codes apply; please flag anything that could delay the AHJ review.

Deliverables
• Written review comments or redlines (if corrections are required).
• Digitally signed and sealed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plan sheets ready for permit upload.
• A brief compliance letter referencing applicable Florida codes and your license details.

I can furnish the current PDF and DWG/Revit files immediately and will be responsive to any RFI you may have. Turnaround of one week is ideal, but let me know your realistic timeline when you reply.
