Floral Shop Order Processing Support

I’m looking for a personable, detail-oriented customer service representative who can take full ownership of processing every order and payment that comes through my busy floral shop. From the moment a customer decides on a bouquet to the point their payment clears, you will keep the transaction running smoothly by entering the order accurately, confirming stock, applying the correct promotions, and finalising payment without a hitch.

Speed and accuracy are essential: flowers are time-sensitive, so you’ll be expected to spot issues quickly, flag any discrepancies, and coordinate with me if substitutions are needed. While your core focus is processing, I value clear communication—so being comfortable jumping on a quick call, replying to an email, or typing in live chat when needed will set you up for success.

Deliverables I’ll look for each shift:
• All new orders entered and paid in the system with zero data errors
• A concise end-of-day report summarising processed orders, payments received, and any exceptions flagged for my review

If you have experience with point-of-sale or e-commerce order screens, even better, but a fast learner with a customer-first mindset will do great here. Let’s keep our customers delighted and their flowers on schedule.
