Fix Windows Printer Sharing Issue

I have a USB-connected printer that is shared from one Windows PC to another. The second computer can see the device on the network but fails to connect every time I try to add it. I need someone who can quickly diagnose what is blocking the connection—permissions, driver mismatch, firewall rules, or anything else—and get the shared printer working reliably on both machines.

Once the job is done I should be able to hit “Print” on the second PC and watch the document leave the queue and come out of the printer without errors or stalls. Remote assistance is fine as long as the fix is fully tested before we wrap up.
