Fix TikTok Shop Login

Since connecting my new TikTok Shop to our organization account I can no longer sign in from my phone—every attempt throws a generic login error. The usual quick fixes (phone restart, app reinstall, password reset) haven’t helped, and TikTok doesn’t reveal the exact error text.

I’d like someone who already knows the quirks of TikTok Shop and Business Center to jump in, identify what is blocking mobile access, and walk me through the fastest way to restore the login. Desktop access is fine; the problem is limited to the iOS/Android app once the Shop integration went live, so I suspect a permission or authentication glitch rather than a true account lock.
