Fix Python Web Scraper

My weekly-run Python script used to pull data from a specific website, but a recent site redesign broke the workflow. I need you to inspect the current code, pinpoint why requests now fail, and rebuild the parts affected by the site changes so the scraper works smoothly again.

Because I’m not sure of the site’s present terms of service, I also need you to review any published policy or robots.txt and confirm that our approach stays within allowed limits—no rule-breaking workarounds.

Deliverables:
• Updated, well-commented Python script that successfully retrieves the full dataset
• Brief change log explaining what was fixed and why
• Note confirming the solution’s alignment with the website’s stated access rules

Once complete, the job is finished when the script can be executed locally, fetches the expected data set, and exits without errors.
