Fix & Publish Android App

My Android app is finished and I already own a Google Play Developer account, but the Play Console keeps rejecting the .aab during upload. I need someone who understands Google’s current policy checks and Android Studio build requirements to diagnose the exact cause, rebuild if necessary, and get the bundle accepted so the app can go live.
You can expect full access to the existing .aab (or the source code if a rebuild is required) as well as all store-listing assets; the only blocker right now is the upload errors. Typical trouble spots—API level, 64-bit compliance, signing mismatch, version codes, manifest fields, Data Safety form, etc.—are fair game for you to investigate and resolve.
Deliverables
• A corrected, policy-compliant .aab that uploads without errors
• Successful submission through my Play Console, reaching “In review” or “Published” status
• A brief summary of what was fixed or changed so I can replicate the process for future releases
Please be comfortable working directly in Android Studio, Gradle and the Google Play Console. Quick turnaround is highly appreciated.
