PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

I am looking for an experienced Meta Business Suite, Accounts Center, and Meta Verified / Meta One specialist to permanently resolve a cross-platform verification bug blocking my Facebook Business Page from getting the blue verification tick.

At this point, I am completely fed up and frustrated after dealing with Meta Support for weeks. While the billing refund for my stuck subscription has finally been processed, my Facebook Page still does not show the option to sign up for Meta Verified, and I need an expert who can 100% fix this by any means necessary.

I am a freelancer and agency owner on Freelancer, Upwork, and Fiverr myself. I know every trick on these platforms, and I know when I am being taken for a ride.

- NO PAID "AUDITS" OR "CHECKS": Do NOT message me asking for $30+ upfront just to "log in, check, or diagnose" the account. Anyone can charge $30 to look at a screen for 5 minutes, say "sorry, I can't fix it," and walk away with easy money. If you want the job, assessing the issue is part of getting hired.

- PAYMENT ON RESOLUTION ONLY: The milestone will ONLY be released once the problem is diagnosed AND resolved.

THE SITUATION & TECHNICAL ROADBLOCK:

- Previous History: My business account was a paying Meta Verified subscriber for over a year without a single issue.

- The Trigger: When Meta introduced the "Meta One" bundle, I onboarded my WhatsApp Business app to Meta Verified first. Immediately after doing that, my Facebook Page and Instagram became completely blocked from onboarding or signing up for verification.

- Root Cause Theory: My active WhatsApp Business subscription is billed through Google Play. Because that Google Play subscription is active on my WhatsApp asset, it appears to be conflicting with Meta's backend eligibility rules and blocking me from signing up for Meta One / Meta Verified on my Facebook Page.

- Business Impact: I rely on the blue verification tick to run ads and build trust with customers. I cannot afford to have my advertising delayed any further by this bug.

SCOPE OF WORK — WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO:

I do not care what structural workaround is required—I just want the blue verification badge active on my business presence and linked to my ad account. I am open to any of the following solutions:

1. Untangle the Google Play / Meta One Conflict: Fix the Accounts Center / Business Portfolio asset linking so my existing Facebook Page can sign up for Meta Verified alongside (or independent of) the Google Play WhatsApp billing.

2. Portfolio Migration: Move the Facebook Page and all associated assets (Instagram, Ad Account, Pixels, WhatsApp) into a brand-new, clean Meta Business Portfolio to reset the Meta Verified eligibility trigger.

3. Cross-Portfolio Ad Linking: Place the Page into a separate Business Portfolio strictly to get it verified, and share/link it back to my primary Ad Account via Partner Access so I can advertise seamlessly.

4. Full Rebuild (Last Resort): Create a brand-new Facebook Page and Business Portfolio from scratch, migrate our branding, connect it to our Ad Account, and get it Meta Verified immediately.

100% completion means my Facebook Page (either the existing one or a newly structured one linked to my Ad Account) is either actively Meta Verified with the blue badge or has the working, unblocked checkout screen ready for me to subscribe. Zero upfront fees for "checking" will be paid.
