My Shopify store https://bestoffragrances.com/ has been hit with the “Misrepresentation” policy violation in Google Merchant Center and every product is now disapproved. I have double-checked that all feed attributes, prices, titles, and GTINs are accurate and current; the Policy Center still flags the entire account.
What I have already verified
• Product pages, Terms of Service / Refund Policy, and Contact details are complete and consistent.
• The site is marked as fully compliant with Google’s published requirements.
• Screenshot of the exact error: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/63731158?key=f8c595aba9b868d7b4329235c0bdc1f9
What I need from you
1. Conduct a thorough policy audit inside Merchant Center, Search Console, and the feed itself to locate the specific triggers.
2. Update or recommend changes to any page content, schema, business information, or feed settings that could be interpreted as misleading.
3. Prepare the remediation summary and submit the appeal through Merchant Center on my behalf (or guide me step-by-step).
4. Deliverable is simple: the misrepresentation flag removed and products back to “Approved” status.
Please outline your approach, typical timeframe for reinstatement, and any previous success resolving this exact violation.
