Fix Google Business Phone Verification

My Google Business Profile refuses to publish my phone number—the system keeps it stuck in “not verified” status. I’ve already gone into the dashboard, edited and re-saved the number, waited for the usual refresh window, and nothing changed.

I need someone who knows the quirks of Google Business Profile (formerly GMB): why a number can fail verification, how to trigger manual reviews, and the right way to force an immediate sync to Maps and Search. If you can pinpoint the root cause and get the number to appear publicly, that’s the job.
