Fix & Finish 10Web Store

My e-commerce site was built on the 10Web platform but the previous developer left it unfinished about a year ago. Since then several core features have broken: the user login system no longer authenticates correctly, the payment gateway fails to complete transactions, the contact form goes nowhere, and a few pages are displaying layout or content errors.
I need someone comfortable working inside the 10Web dashboard, Elementor, and WordPress in general to troubleshoot, clean up the existing mess, and bring the store back to full operational status. I want to stay involved, so please be ready to screen-share or exchange detailed progress notes as you go; collaboration is important to me.
Main milestones I expect:
• Restore the user login / registration flow so customers can access their accounts without errors.
• Re-integrate and test the payment gateway until transactions settle successfully in live mode.
• Repair or rebuild the contact form, ensuring messages route to my chosen inbox and a confirmation notice shows to users.
• Tidy up the affected pages (styling, broken links, missing media) so the site looks consistent across desktop and mobile.
• Final round of QA with me, plus brief hand-over documentation outlining any custom code or critical settings you touched.
If you’ve rescued 10Web or WordPress stores before and can start soon, let’s discuss your approach and timeline.
