I have an existing grocery e-commerce project developed in Emergent AI. I have cancelled/refunded my previous Hostinger VPS, so I need a completely fresh production deployment on a new Hostinger VPS.
Existing application stack:
React frontend
Python/FastAPI backend
MongoDB
Docker/Docker Compose
Cloudflare R2 for product/refund images
Razorpay
Twilio Verify
Resend SMTP
Domain: bestkart.in
Website requirements
Create a fresh Hostinger Ubuntu VPS.
Deploy the existing GitHub repository from scratch.
Configure Docker/Docker Compose correctly.
Configure MongoDB with persistent storage.
Configure Nginx reverse proxy.
Configure SSL/HTTPS for bestkart.in and www.bestkart.in.
Configure all production environment variables securely.
Never commit .env or secrets to GitHub.
Configure Cloudflare R2 correctly for image storage.
Verify product image upload/retrieval.
Verify customer registration/login/logout.
Verify admin login.
Verify authentication/session persistence over HTTPS.
Verify products, categories, cart and checkout.
Verify Razorpay test payment.
Verify order creation and admin order management.
Provide a documented backup/restore procedure.
Mobile app requirements
Use the existing mobile application/scaffold from the project.
Configure it to use the production BestKart API.
Verify customer registration/login from Android.
Verify products, cart and orders from Android.
Build a signed Android AAB.
Help me publish it to my own Google Play Developer account.
Do not publish under the freelancer's account.
Critical requirements
Do NOT rebuild the application.
Do NOT remove existing features.
Do NOT change business logic unless required to fix a confirmed bug.
Do NOT expose or commit production secrets.
Before making changes, inspect the existing project and give me a short deployment plan.
