Fireplace SketchUp Updates & Layouts

I have a SketchUp file containing several fireplace models and I need each one brought up to our current design standard. There are five units in total, and the job is split into two clear phases.

First, update the models themselves: refine the existing geometry, add any missing components that I provide such as spec details or trim, and tidy up all textures so the stone, tile and metal finishes display correctly in both shaded and rendered views.

Once the geometry and materials are final, create a separate LayOut sheet for every fireplace. Each sheet must show a scaled plan, front and side elevations with full dimensions, a materials-and-finishes key, plus concise installation notes that a contractor can follow in the field. I work in SketchUp/LayOut 2025, so all files need to stay fully editable in that version.

Deliverables
• Updated .skp file with five complete fireplaces
• Five individual .layout files and matching PDFs, one per fireplace, formatted for 11x17 pages and ready to print - I will provide the layout template for this. I need one sheet with materiality and one only line drawing no materials.
- High quality renderings of each fireplace in the space

I will review against the existing concept drawings; dimensions must be accurate and each LayOut page should read clearly without extra clean-up on my side. Looking to start today, we will need to communicate back and forth through the platform so you must be able to understand English well. I need these done quickly and efficiently.
