I’m building a subscription-based personal finance platform aimed at individuals who want a simple, modern way to stay on top of their money. The service must work seamlessly as a responsive web application and as native iOS and Android apps so that a user can pick up on any device and see the same data instantly.

Core user journey
• Sign up or log in securely
• Create one or multiple budgets, give each a name, amount, and time frame
• Set savings goals that track progress automatically as the budget is updated
• Define custom spending alerts (e.g., push, email, in-app) when limits are reached

Data should sync in real time, and the architecture needs to be SaaS ready: single codebase, multi-tenant, and built with an eye toward future expansion—APIs for bank connections or detailed reporting are not in scope now but the code should be structured so they can be added without a major rewrite.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready web application with clean UI/UX
2. Publishable iOS and Android apps built from the same back end
3. Admin console for plan management and basic user analytics
4. Source code, automated tests, README and deployment scripts

Acceptance criteria
• A new user can complete the full budgeting flow in under three minutes.
• Alerts arrive on the chosen channel within 10 seconds of the threshold being crossed.
• All traffic is encrypted; OWASP top-10 checks return clean.
• The same account shows identical data across web and both mobile apps.

If you have proven experience shipping secure FinTech products and can demonstrate previous React, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or similar stacks, let’s talk timelines and milestones so we can launch quickly and iterate.
