Finish 3ds Max Visualization

My 3ds Max scene is already modeled and materials are partially applied, but I need a skilled visualizer to take it across the finish line in a clean, modern style.

Here is what I still require:
• Complete material assignments and supply a concise material list for each object.
• Finalize the lighting so the mood reads contemporary and bright, both day and evening.
• Produce a set of high-resolution interior and exterior renders (exact angles to be agreed once you review the file).
• Create a short looping GIF that shows the furniture movement sequence in one room.
• Generate a 2D plan that clearly marks every camera position and its viewing direction.

I will share the current .max file and asset folders as soon as we agree on timing. The budget is firmly set; please only respond if you are comfortable working within it. When you apply, focus on your relevant 3ds Max and rendering experience—past projects in a modern aesthetic will help me decide quickly.
