Financial Strategy Business Coach Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned business coach who specialises in financial management to help me sharpen and formalise the financial strategies behind my company’s next stage of growth.

Over a series of tailored sessions, I want to:
• Analyse my current financial structure, cash-flow patterns and capital allocation.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies that may be holding the business back.
• Build a clear, actionable strategic roadmap that I can measure and refine over the next 6–12 months.

I already have reliable bookkeeping and accounting processes in place; the focus here is higher-level strategy—scenario modelling, risk mitigation, growth funding options and performance metrics that translate directly into decisions I can execute. Experience guiding small-to-mid-sized companies through similar planning cycles is essential, and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI or comparable financial-analysis platforms will be valuable.

When you submit your bid, highlight your most relevant coaching experience and the tangible results your clients achieved. A concise outline of your approach or preferred framework is welcome, but no need for a lengthy proposal at this stage—the conversation can deepen once I see a strong track record.

Sessions can be delivered remotely via Zoom or a comparable video platform, with scheduling kept flexible to accommodate both our calendars. I’m ready to begin as soon as we agree on the structure and cadence, and I expect our engagement to run for several weeks with clear milestones for reviewing progress and refining the plan.
