Here’s what I need over the next month:

• Enter every transaction into my preferred spreadsheets or accounting software (Excel or QuickBooks—your choice, as long as the final files are compatible).
• Label and organise digital copies of each source document so I can retrieve them quickly.
• Reconcile the numbers against bank statements weekly and flag any discrepancies right away.
• Deliver a summary report at the end of the project that shows total income, expenses, and any outstanding issues.

A solid grasp of bookkeeping principles and keen attention to detail are essential. If you already work with automation tools or templates that speed up data entry without sacrificing accuracy, feel free to use them—just explain your process so I can maintain the system later.
