Field Snaglist Mobile App

I need a streamlined mobile application that lets on-site technicians capture snags, attach photos, add notes, and have everything compiled automatically into a professional report I can share with clients.

Core flow
• Technician logs in through Single Sign-On, opens a job, snaps photos, tags each with comments, priority, and location, then saves.
• When the job is closed, the app stitches all entries into a branded PDF/Excel report—photos, descriptions, timestamps, —ready to email or download.
• Administrators access a web or in-app dashboard to create projects, assign technicians, and review or edit generated reports before release.

Key requirements
• Native performance on both iOS and Android (I’m open to Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift or similar—whichever lets us keep one codebase without sacrificing camera speed).
• SSO integration using OAuth 2.0 (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
• Offline capture with auto-sync once a signal returns.
• Secure cloud storage for images and data, organised by project.
• Clean, minimal UI that a field tech can grasp in minutes.

Deliverables
1. Source code and build instructions for iOS & Android.
2. Deployed backend (REST or GraphQL) with database schema.
3. Automatic report template (editable branding).
4. Brief user manual and hand-over session.
