We are looking for skilled and reliable Field Service Technicians across the United States to support on-site repair and maintenance tasks for electromechanical equipment.
This project is ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, working with hardware components, and following structured repair procedures. You will receive repair instructions and remote support while completing component replacements and repairs at customer locations.
What You’ll Do
* Perform on-site repairs and component replacements on electromechanical equipment
* Diagnose issues and troubleshoot hardware problems using provided video-based SOPs and remote guidance
* Disassemble and reassemble equipment safely and efficiently
* Replace modular components such as:
* Pumps
* Servo motors
* Main boards (MB)
* Connectors
* Wiring assemblies
* Other electromechanical parts
* Coordinate remotely with support teams through **Google Meet and WhatsApp** for instructions, troubleshooting, and updates
Location
Technicians are needed across the United States, including:
California, Texas, Washington, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Nevada, Michigan, South Carolina, Colorado, Arizona, Ohio, Missouri, Massachusetts, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Arkansas, Kansas, Oregon, Washington DC, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Maine, Mississippi, Utah, and Alabama.
Who We’re Looking For
You should have:
* Basic to intermediate mechanical or electromechanical experience
* Confidence using hand tools and handling electrical connectors
* Ability to follow step-by-step repair instructions and video-based procedures
* Basic soldering experience is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good English communication skills
Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:
* Kiosks
* Cameras
* TVs
* Washers/dryers
* Automotive equipment
* Similar electromechanical devices
Physical Requirements
Technicians must be able to:
* Stand for extended periods during repairs
* Lift equipment weighing up to 60 lbs
Required Tools
You must have access to the following tools:
* Phillips screwdriver
* M3 hex nut driver
* Wire cutter
* Tweezers
* Microfiber cloth
* Adhesive fiber/Tesa tape
* Zip ties
Schedule & Repair Details
* Repair duration: approximately 40–120 minutes per job, depending on complexity
* Availability required: weekdays and weekends, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
* Scheduling will depend on customer-selected appointment windows
Compensation Options
Hourly rate: $50–$75/hour
Flat repair fee: $110–$250 per completed repair
Blended pricing: 2-hour flat rate plus travel/mileage fee, or a mutually agreed travel arrangement
