Field Engineer/L1 Engineer

Location: Itanagar, India
We are looking for an L1 Engineer to support the below onsite activity:
Scope of Work:
• RACK & STACK, in business hours or in out of hours
• Upon arriving on site, the FE will have to connect on Teams (we will send invitation once FE name is known)
• Customer’s engineer and end customer from France will be connected and welcome the FE. Customer Engineer will help FE and “drive” him during the operation
• Equipment (Fortinet Fortigate FW) are directly delivered by customer on end customer local site
• Install rack tray and FW following customer’s instructions
• Plug cables following customer’s instructions
• Power on the devices, upload the configuration using the USB key method (may not be required)
• Wait until customer’s engineer get remote access to the FW (Fortigate)
• Proceed with the acceptance tests following customer’s instructions
• If acceptance tests ok, rollback following customer’s instructions and tests.
• Take pictures and upload them on Teams
BOM to be installed: 1 or 2 Fortinet devices, FG-70G or FG-50G
Travel: No travel charges applicable.
