I need a short, polished welcome message recorded by a warm-sounding female voice talent. Although the headline mentions “friendly,” the actual style I’m after is distinctly formal—think clear, composed, and confident rather than chatty.
Script essentials
• The company name and tagline must be spoken exactly as provided.
• Length will be around 40–50 words so customers reach the main menu quickly.
What I’ll supply
– The final script (or, if you prefer, we can refine it together)
– Pronunciation notes for the brand name
Delivery expectations
High-quality, noise-free audio in WAV and MP3 formats, with one clean take plus a safety take. Please normalize levels to broadcast standard so the file can drop straight into our phone system.
If you have previous IVR samples, especially in a formal tone, include a link so I can hear the fit.
