Female Voice for AI Cloning

I’m producing an AI-driven voice-cloning system that will power podcast narration and instructional content, and I need a female voice, aged 18 or over, with a clear, natural American (General/Neutral) accent. Warm, conversational expression is essential; I’m not after an announcer tone but an inviting, easy-to-listen-to style that still carries articulation and energy.

You’ll record in your own quiet, acoustically treated space so I receive pristine, studio-quality WAV or FLAC files (44.1 kHz / 24-bit or higher). A voice-licensing and consent agreement covering commercial AI usage must be signed before any scripts are released; this protects both of us and clarifies that the cloned voice will appear in monetised podcast and e-learning material.
