Female Telecallers & Customer Handlers Needed

I’m expanding my real estate office in Muzaffarnagar and need two energetic graduates to manage a blend of telecalling and in-person customer handling right here on site. Your day will move between making and receiving calls, welcoming walk-in clients, and keeping every interaction neatly recorded in our CRM. That means you should already feel comfortable with intermediate computer tasks such as accurate data entry, quick Excel look-ups, and navigating basic CRM software without hand-holding.

Because you’ll often be a client’s very first impression of us, I’m looking for sharp communication, a naturally customer-oriented attitude, and the confidence to solve small issues on the spot before they grow. Politeness is a given; turning a curious lead into a satisfied visitor is the real goal.

Key deliverables and expectations:
• Daily call logs and follow-up notes entered into the CRM before sign-off
• Up-to-date client records with zero missing fields
• A weekly summary (email) of common questions or issues you solved so we can refine our approach
