Female Salon Appointment Setter Perth

I run a busy hair and beauty salon in Perth and I’d like an experienced, English-fluent female to jump on the phone each day and turn warm enquiries into confirmed appointments. These contacts have already reached out to us through web forms and Instagram, so they’re expecting a call—you simply need to guide them through our service options, lock in a time that suits, and enter the booking in our system.

You’ll work from a concise call script that covers pricing, current specials and the fast-moving calendar. I’ll supply the contact list at the start of each shift, plus login access to our online booking software so you can secure the slot while you’re on the line. A friendly, confident tone is essential; upselling add-on treatments when relevant is a bonus but the main KPI is a confirmed appointment.

Daily tasks
• Phone each new lead within business hours (Perth time)
• Answer basic questions about services, location and parking
• Secure the booking in our system and note any special requests
• Drop a quick summary of calls made and appointments booked before you clock off
• Follow Call script
