I need a results-driven advertiser who can plan, build, launch, and optimise lead-generation campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram for my medical spa. The sole metric that matters to me is the number of qualified local residents who submit their details and book a consultation—likes or follows are secondary.

Here’s how I picture the engagement:

• Strategy & Targeting
You’ll translate our ideal patient profile into precise location and interest targeting, layering any look-alike or retargeting audiences that can amplify reach within our city.

• Creative & Copy
You’ll craft thumb-stopping imagery or short video reels that match our brand aesthetic, then pair them with concise copy and clear calls to action. I can supply before-and-after photos plus treatment footage; you handle design and compliance with Meta’s ad policies for the beauty/medical niche.

• Funnel & Tracking
Leads should flow into a simple, friction-less form or landing page (Typeform, Meta Lead Forms, or similar) connected to our CRM via Zapier so staff get instant notifications. Set up the Facebook pixel and any custom conversions so we can attribute bookings to ad spend accurately.

• Optimisation & Reporting
Once campaigns are live, you’ll monitor daily, pausing poor performers, testing new creatives, and refining bids and budgets. Send me a concise weekly report highlighting cost per lead, volume, and action items for the next sprint.

Acceptance criteria
1. Campaigns go live within one week of asset hand-off.
2. Tracking verified: test lead populates CRM.
3. First 15 qualified leads delivered within 30 days at a cost per lead we agree on before launch.
