F&B Concept Development for Hotel All-Day Dining or a-la-carte restaurant

I am looking for a consultant to develope a restaurant concept for a Buffet restaurant or a la carte restaurant. The all-day dining restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as buffet or Breakfast as buffet and lunch & dinner as a la carte. Restaurant has a strong Miami Art Deco design. Our guests are 70–80% Saudi, mostly families and groups, plus international guests.

The project will be in different phases.
