FastAPI SMM Provider API Integration

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY

I already have a working FastAPI + PostgreSQL SMM panel. I do NOT need the whole website rebuilt.

I only need the missing delivery/provider API layer.

Required:

Premium and Standard inventory/capacity
Create order: target + type + quantity
Unique order ID
Status: pending / processing / completed / partial / failed / cancelled
Delivered and remaining quantity
API Key or Bearer authentication
Idempotency to prevent duplicate orders
Webhook support
Cancel endpoint if supported
API documentation and test access

My existing system already has users, balances, orders, admin panel, PostgreSQL and background workers.

URGENT: I need someone who can start immediately and provide a working MVP within around 2–3 hours.

After you provide the working API, I expect to connect and test it with my existing website within 1–2 hours.

If everything works correctly and my client accepts the final system, I can pay up to 2x the originally agreed amount as a performance bonus.

What is your hourly rate?
Are you providing only the API integration, or is the authorized delivery source/capacity also included?
If an external provider is required, what exactly must I provide?
