I need an experienced video editor who can jump in immediately and polish raw footage for a series of time-sensitive vlogs that blend lifestyle updates with hands-on tech demonstrations. Footage will arrive in mixed formats straight from a Sony mirrorless camera and an iPhone; colour matching and audio levelling are therefore essential before any creative work begins.
Once the base is clean, I’m looking for a pacey, on-brand cut: lively opener, well-timed jump cuts to keep the narration tight, lower-thirds for product specs, and a concise end screen that drives viewers to the next episode. I also record separate B-roll of devices, so expect to layer in macro shots, screen captures and the occasional motion graphic call-out to highlight key features. Subtle sound design—whooshes, clicks and soft background tracks—should reinforce the tech vibe without overpowering the voice-over.
Each episode runs 6-8 minutes. I will share proxies through Google Drive today and need the first finished video, colour-graded and ready for YouTube upload (1920×1080 H.264), within 48 hours. If we sync well, the project rolls into a steady weekly rhythm.
Please be comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, basic After Effects or Motion for titles, and the usual audio plug-ins (EQ, compressor, noise reduction). Provide a link to at least two tech-oriented edits you have completed recently so I can gauge your pacing and graphic sense. I’ll supply branding assets, music licences and a simple style guide the moment we agree to proceed.
