Fast Excel Data Typing

Source documents will be supplied in mixed formats and must be transcribed accurately into a well-structured Excel workbook. Correct spelling, consistent column alignment, and faithful reproduction of numbers and text are essential. The volume is moderate to large, so efficiency without sacrificing precision will be valued.

Please attach a detailed project proposal that outlines your workflow, estimated turnaround time per 500 rows, and any quality-control steps you follow. While past work and experience are welcome, the proposal itself is the key factor in my selection process.

Deliverables:
• A clean, fully populated Excel file with all source data correctly entered
• A brief note flagging any unclear entries or assumptions made during typing

Final files should open flawlessly in current versions of Microsoft Excel, free of errors or formatting inconsistencies.
