Fantasy Musical Script Adaptation

I'm looking for a talented scriptwriter to adapt a fantasy book into a musical. The focus should be on character development and magical elements, appealing to a teenage audience. All the songs have been written and produced. The musical is going to be in 'Concert Style', there's not going to be as much dialogue as in normal theatre productions. The storyline will be taken from the book: Shan Shan, The Girl with a Magical Microphone.

The story incorporates both real-life and animation elements. The main character, Shan Shan, transitions between real life and animation throughout the musical.
