I want to turn our family’s photos, videos, and voice clips into a polished digital memory book that lives inside a dedicated mobile app. The experience should feel warm, intuitive, and easy for relatives of all ages to browse.

Core needs
• Native mobile app (iOS and Android) – a single code-base solution such as Flutter or React Native is fine if it keeps maintenance simple.
• Secure photo and video uploads straight from the camera roll, with basic editing (crop, rotate, trim).
• Built-in audio recorder so family members can add voice notes to any page or memory.
• Private cloud storage with user authentication; everything must stay within the family group.

Nice-to-have, if it doesn’t complicate the schedule, would be an interactive timeline view, but it is not mandatory for the first release.
