I’m assembling evidence for an upcoming family-court hearing and need a concise, neutral-toned incident log that can stand on its own as an exhibit. You’ll receive my notes, emails, screenshots and any other relevant documents; your role is to pull verifiable facts from those materials and enter them into an Excel worksheet.
Each row must capture four points—Date, a brief factual Description, a clear reference to the Supporting Evidence (file name, exhibit label or link) and the names/contact details of any Witnesses. Use separate, consistently formatted columns so the court can sort and filter with ease. Chronological order, plain language and impeccable spelling are essential.
Deliverable
• One .xlsx file containing every incident, formatted for easy printing and electronic review.
I’ll answer questions quickly and can supply additional context where needed so you can focus on accurate extraction and clean presentation. If you have experience turning raw case materials into courtroom-ready logs or have a background in legal data entry, that will be a plus—be sure to mention it when you respond.
